PCV valve changed/new. EGR valve new/clean if 180k+. Use Full synthetic oil. Use Top Tier 87 octane fuel or injector Cleaner. Disable the VCM. I took it to my mechanic and he cleared the codes w/ an agreement to bring it back if the warning lights came on again..
