The only reliable way to know the lost sectors is checking the daily reset thread comments about 5-10 minutes after reset happens. Someone will usually post them there. Shit, that one is kinda difficult. I was running the Scavenger's Den lost sector on Legend difficulty for the exotic boots and I noticed that even after killing all the champions (all 5 of them), I wasn't given the platinum rewards.
