Updated to current patch 7/1/23. This is a big eye pack I made/have been making for a long time, intended to improve gameplay with better, more immersive eyes. Neo-Ishgardian Cap of Fending has a right-eyed eyepatch. I also have the same issue so I'm constantly on the lookout aswell. I think the visor emote should switch it.. just a random thought.Found under skin details>eye scars.
