2024 French door lock jammed

The screws are hidden when the door is closed. I just have a 1/4 inch gap. I doubt there's a tool that can unscrew the screws. Plus there wouldn't be any space for the screws to come out. It's a weird design you'd think they'd have the screws on the opposite side of the handle.. Joey swoll scam
