Dean5101. I have the BUL SAS UR-F in 9mm. Also own a SA 1911 Operator in .45 and a STI Edge in 9mm. The Bul firearm is nice, fires both major and minor 9mm without any spring changes. Only issue is magazine compatibility. The action/springs in the STI feel the best imo.This BUL SAS II Tac 4.25” pistol has a nice and tactical look and the designers made several well thought-out choices to push the firearm to the max. The 4.25” ramped bull barrel has a completely straight, cylindrical shape and it is very firm, meaning it is less susceptible to vibrations.Looks like DSC can do the V8 porting on the normal SAS TAC II bull barrel for the 4.25” and 5” model. The 4.25 is now selling for 1760 on Bul’s online store, so add $320 to that and your total investment (minus shipping and tax) is $2080. Now THAT sounds like a deal if you’re willing to risk your warranty with Bul Armory.The SAS II TAC 4.25 is an optics-ready, 4.25"-barreled doublestack 1911. The magazines are a different pattern than the common "2011", but are available direct from BUL Armory USA for a reasonable $55.
