Just killed one as a scav. Did not lose rep. I killed a Scav that was wandering around within one of the warehouses where also Rogues are present. He rushed me and I panicked, so I shot him and lost 0.03 reputation. But when I then killed a Rogue, I didn't lose rep. It's just weird that AI Scavs are chilling with Rogues..
