I did this with 2 different mags both made by PSA (U9-35) - the only ones I have. I really had to whack the inserted mag hard several times before it released, so it’s not a concern for me. It’s never done it before, so I’m sure the lubrication to the bolt catch didn’t help.@PBIRBY7 Sorry for the headache, sounds like someone either tossed in some AR-15 uppers into the ARV bin or reading comprehension has taken a sharper down turn than I realized.
